If the federal government pays for kids, that won't encourage rich people or middle classed people to have kids. It will encourage poor people to have kids. More poor people means more people to vote for Democrats and more poor people for the Democrats to have to take care of, and to get rich people who feel guilty to support the Democrats to do so. The drug issue is such that you can't even have a rational argument with people over it. I can explain Hillary’s idea.
