Oh look! Another trendy liberal calling himself a libertarian because admitting he's just another garden variety liberal would offend his sense of uniqueness!

Go home, kid. The show's over.

The Paul-bots can spin things all they want. Anytime you have someone pushing states right, and trying to use the US Constitution to do so, you have someone who is trying to deny some group of people the very rights guaranteed under the very same Constitution for which they claim to have such reverance. Further, his statement about a 13 year old black youth is the contest of what Ron Paul is: a homophobic, racist Texas good ol' boy. The fact that somehow Ron Paul mastered multi-syllable words, does not hide the fact that he is a disturbingly ignorant man.

News Flash: The issue of states rights was settled during the civil war. The Confederacy lost. Try to get over it. Its been 142 years. Thankfully, only ahbout 1% of the population supports Ron Paul. But come to think of it, thats 300,000 people. Wow... that's scary.

Another piranha libertarian who can't distinguish between libertarian theory and the fact that some kind of "real world" implementation must occur to have a chance at a libertarian society.

The Constitution, while imperfect, is a document based on power devolvement to make it more difficult for tyrants to yield power over individuals. Just following the Constitution would make the Federal Government orders of magnitude more libertarian, but that doesn't satisfy piranha libertarians, who prefer to be squashed by the government without making any progress toward a freer society. They just want to continue to be big fish in a small pond.

Your comments about Ron Paul are distortions at best, but you know that. You're just interested in keeping your little pile of marbles, and the worst thing that could happen is for the libertarian movement to take off. Then your little blog would be even more meaningless than it is today.

pathetci attempt to discredit Ron Paul. Everyone by now knows the whole story about the letter that had the racist comment you quoted there, and you've obviously didn't research it yourself, but rather chose to throw it out their in hopes others won't research for themselves and believe what you've said. Everyone who has heard Ron Paul speak knows he is in now way racist. Nice try though, I think you'll have a nice postion waiting for you at one of the MSM outlets.

The choice happens before pregnancy.

And what if the woman isn't given a choice, such as in the case of rape or incest?

Put those statements into their original context, and stop being a neocon propaganda provider.

“If you have ever been robbed by a black teen-aged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be.”

Ummmm....I don't think there's any context that would make that statement sound any less racist. Nice try, though.
